Effective 1/1/2017 you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items returned not due to defect or warranty are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A return merchandise authorization (RMA) for any returns or warranty is required. Customers are responsible for all return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Hunting Tactical products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty and protected from defects in materials and workmanship. A copy of proof of purchase must be provided. An RMA for any returns or warranty is required. Customers are responsible for all return shipping.

Due to fraud, we do not accept returns on CAS Hanwei products.
We cannot accept any returns on bullets or ammunition.
Fusion Tactical Products
All goods sold by Fusion are thoroughly manufactured, tested, inspected, checked, and packaged by experienced staff and are free from defect as possible prior to leaving the factory. However; any goods sold by Fusion, under the terms and conditions contained herein that may prove defective by reason of material workmanship within 30 days after shipment will be replaced. Fusion will have the option to repair or replace any item(s) which deems to be defective.
We will provide a warranty of minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase for normal wear and tear on regular products (not including OEM products). Please ask your sales representative for details on different category limitations. Fusion reserves the right to inspect the products before deciding on the status of the warranty claim.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply Contact US for an RMA and return the item(s) you do not wish to keep in new resalable condition within 7 days for exchange or credit. All returns and exchanges are subject to the policy below.
RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND:
- All returns are subject to review
- Customer is responsible to inspect the product upon receipt
- NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED beyond 7 days from the receipt date
- All returned items for exchange or refund must be in the unused and resalable condition
- Restocking fee if 25% for all returned items
- There is a 25-75% cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your purchase after we begin the production
- Purchaser is responsible for shipping/insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for retuned items that are damaged or lost during shipping.
- Your refund will be in the form of your original payment or credit, not including shipping costs, of future orders.
- Any freight damage should be reported with pictures within 3 days of receipt of UPS, FedEx, DHL, and/or customer specified trucking company
- Original packaging must be kept at all times until the claim is approved/closed
- Customer will receive less than the full credit on any items returned to sender if the item is neither refused nor undeliverable.
- Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchasing party
- OEM, customization, private labeling, annual orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable
Optics and Firearms
All optics and firearms will be sent to the manufacturer first for inspection before the return will be finalized. If the item is repaired and returned to us, we will be returning the item back to you at your expense and credit will not be issued.
Please keep your invoice and contact Customer Service for an RA #. We will email a return label to you. If the order was shipped ground, and you decide to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, you will do so at your own expense. Once the incorrect item is received, credit will be issued. A new order will need to be placed for the correct item.
Upon inspection, if the merchandise has been misused or abused by the consumer, the return will be refused and credit will not be issued. You will also absorb the return freight cost. You will be contacted for instructions on what we should do with the merchandise, either return it or destroy it on site.
Hunting Tactical LLC. has no outlet for open packaging as we only deal in new merchandise. All products must be returned in resalable condition (unused and/or unopened). There will be no credit issued on items that have been opened or used. This does not apply to warranty returns.
Due to a blitz in fraudulent orders we have been forced to implement strict shipping policy changes. We reserve the right to cancel and/or recall any orders that we believe may be fraudulent at any time. Any orders placed to a shipping address that is different than the billing address must be shipped to a different name or they will be cancelled. We will NOT ship to a non-residential address!!! We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs), including orders that have any connection to International shipments (freight-forwarders, etc.). This applies to both the shipping and billing addresses. Orders found to have an international connection will be cancelled. There are no exceptions.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page, if provided by the distributor. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
While Hunting Tactical LLC does maintain its own inventory and sales of its many of its own products; most products for sale at www.HuntingTactical.com are sold by other vendors. Therefore if ordering multiple products it is possible that you will recieve multiple packages. While Hunting Tactical does its best to provide all shipping and tracking information it is possible that may not be provided for some or all of the products in your order.
Products sold by Advanced Technology International (ATI) do not provide tracking information and ship within 7 days of the order being transmitted.
ActionCam products ship flat rate USPS only and tracking information is not provided.
